Private Mansion / August 2014 – Construction Ongoing
This Neo-Classical style 3,000 meter square mansion consists of five floors, an indoor and outdoor pool, and an acre of landscape.
The design was inspired by Spanish and Portuguese classical architecture, while the proportions were generated from the golden ratio.
Very specialized stone detailing was done for this project. A skin package consisting of about 60 sheets of stone construction details was generated.
This mansion is located in Amman – Jordan and is currently under construction.
Private Villa – Villa Renovation, Landscape, Interior Design - April 2015 – under construction
This contemporary villa in the quiet suburbia of Amman needed a landscape and interior design that would suit it’s sleek glass and stone massing style. The make-over consisted of a complete landscape, interior design, and touch ups on the architectural facades.
The landscape design consisted of hard and soft compositions, seating areas, pergolas, free-standing walls, canopies, and a swimming pool. The materials suggested were stone, GRC, Fundermax, and aluminum panels.

This existing villa in Amman needed a renovation, landscape and interior design.
The design works consisted of a complete landscape, interior design, and touch ups on the architectural facades.

Saudi Chalets – October 2014 – under construction
This project is located in Riyadh – Saudi Arabia, and it consists of three similar chalets, each having it’s private garden.
The client requested contemporary exterior and interior designs.
Privacy was the most important feature to be taken into consideration therefor all windows open towards the private gardens.
Each chalet lot also consists of a private Majles, a guard’s room, pool shower, and storage.
Savannah Villa Design Proposal – Collaboration with DECOPRO - Summer 2015
This villa in Dubai consists of two floors. The task was to design a contemporary style interior design.
The double volume area was a focal point in our proposed deign, using the void to suspend long chandeliers above the dining area. The built-in buffet was part of the wooden wall feature that visually connected the two floors.
A contemporary design with a contemporary water feature near the main entrance. Honed local stone combination. A pool in the backyard, surrounded by an exotic mix of dwarf palm trees. Concrete and rough slate plant pots.
Private Villa Complex
A family complex consisting of 11 villas. An outdoor pool is surrounded by spacious gardens. Local stone and Mediterranean architectural elements were combined to create a “family” village.
Design inspired by Moroccan "Majles" and Syrian "Eywan" themes, with a contemporary twist! The traditional Mashrabiyeh has been re-invented to create wall ornaments and custom made ceiling fixtures.
Indoor Arabic seating concept with natural lighting, around an indoor Damascan "Bahra", tiled with blue mosaics on the inside, and Islamic patterned ceramic on the outside. Local Jordanian marble combination for flooring.
